Haute Look Question

I've purchased a few items from www.hautelook.com/ since someone here mentioned it a couple of months ago.

A couple of handbags that were close to $200 for my daughter, down to about $29 each, and a couple of rings. Got a ring today down from about $100 to $23.

The news is that I saw the guy that owns/started it on QVC for fashion night, interviewed by Lisa.

My question is... how long does it take for others to receive the goods? I love everything I've received, but it takes about three weeks to get it.
