Two months ago I returned 2 items (separately), around the same time. I always check my credit card to make sure I’ve been credited, but neither has ever come through.
So I contacted HSN CUst Service and they assured me the transactions were processed and sent documentation. But now they say I have to go take it up with the credit card company -
What a PITA! More to come when I have the conclusion of the story...
It makes me reluctant to purchase anything I’m not certain I’ll keep-

Did you use PayPal to make your purchase? @Skyegirl21 If so then PP guarantees all purchases made through them and they will also refund your return postage. ![]()

No I have not experienced this but it is not hard to initiate a dispute with your credit card. You can call them and they will tell you how to proceed.
If HSN sent you documentation, that will assist your claim. It is a pain but it will be straightened out. Get started and make the call.

This was not with HSN, but with Sears. My credit card changed between the time of purchase and return. I called the credit card company and they had to find the transaction and put it on the new card.
This was years ago. Now when this happens, the credit card company automatically re-routes the return to the new card.
