I was expecting 2 packages, delivered by UPS. The first failed attempt, was not their fault, because my bell, wasn't working. I found out because having found the note they leave on the door, to tell you that they tried but you weren't home, ok. I was surprised because I was home all day knowing that I was expecting my packages, so I rang my bell and found out it wasn't working. I went out to buy a new bell, and had it installed, the bell is fine, knowing that they were going to attempt to deliver again today, the first thing I did this morning, was to check the bell, it was working fine. I stayed home all day waiting and waiting, tonight my son comes home and hands me another of those notes, missed delivery. No one rang my bell, now I'll have to go get my packages spending time and money on gas. These delivery people have good jobs but do not do what they are payed to do. Because of this I will not be able to order any longer, after we are charged for the shipping and handling,[which is not cheap]. I have another package on it's way and already know I'll have to go pick it up personally. Sorry but I just had to let some steam out. I'm very angry, because I hate lies.
