Well, I have not read the book, but the title is pretty clear.
I would not say that it does not exist, but I would venture to say that it may be over diagnosed.

I agree with that. I would say ADHD is the "disease du jour."

"Disease du jour" - good terminology for that. Just like "dysfunctional family" in the 80s, & "your erroneous zones" in the 70s.

I agree with this - back in the 90's when a child was disruptive in class, the problems were diagnosed too readily as being ADHD.
But their are children AND adults with this disorder and it does exist.

It exists, but I still think it's loosely over-diagnosed. My opinion, of course.
