It can take weeks for a toxicology report to come back.

My expectations are that her death certificate will state that she was found unresponsive due to acute MI, with a secondary listing based on any substance(s) found in her system, along with mention of long time substance abuse.

Lisa Marie's life was replete with addiction....her father, her son, a husband and she was transparent regarding her own struggles admitting to five attempts at rehab.  We won't know until the toxicology report is released.

I think she was in a very bad place at the end of her life. Obviously drugs involved if you saw her on the golden globe Award show...she looked like the walking dead... shaky... stumbling.... stammering

A public memorial service for Lisa Marie has been scheduled on the front lawn of Graceland at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22 in Memphis. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages all who wish to send something to do so in the form of a donation to The Elvis Presley Charitable Foundation.

Poor Lisa Marie.  I didn't follow her closely but I do feel sad about her death.  None of us know what caused her death and won't until the report comes out.  Granted it may be drugs in her system but her weakness and stumbling a few days before could also just be an undiagnosed heart issue.......   Sadly all the money in the world won't bring you happiness.
