Apparently Ulta.com is one of their clients. I placed an order there a couple of days ago, my order was supposedly delivered at 11:49 a.m. today. It's not in my mailbox, it's not on the ground by my front stoop, it's not in or behind my front bushes, it's not in my backyard, it's not outside my back gate.
You can't contact them until 3 days have passed after a package is shown as being delivered. They tell you to look around everywhere outside, if you don't find it outside, go ask your neighbors if they received your order in error.
I've never heard of this company, I don't like how they do business, putting the burden for finding a missing package on the customer.
