My decision to remove it was because as I have been chastised time and again, I post too much. I was trying for once to give someone else a chance to speak. No good deed goes unpunished here. Why in the world you would post 2 or 3 comments on my one edit removal is certainly saying more about you than me.

The "moderation" on the QVC forums is exactly like the moderation on the Amazon forums except that they *do* ban based on IP addresses and accounts. I wonder why QVC just keeps saying "it's coming" but don't initiate it. Yes, favoritism plays a large part at Amazon as well, and those who taunt and diss the moderators are the quickest to be banned, over posters who are actually breaking the rules. Much of it has nothing to do with fairness or any supposed vaguely interpretable rules, and everything to do with what those overseeing feel like doing at a given moment. And who they've decided they like and don't like. I suspect the only "change" that will ever take place on either site is to cease having forums. Short of that, no, either corporate doesn't care.

Truthfully, the thread doesn't bother me. But it is more than a happy birthday thread. It has morphed into who came to know God, what godly magazines you can subscribe to, who is evangelical and on and on.
