Has Anyone with Time Warner Cable lost Their CBS Channel?

This is ridiculous!! Thankfully, we have other options. I am ready to dump TWC but am not sure whether to go with DirecTV or U-Verse. Any comments on your experience with either company would be appreciated. I think both companies offer Internet service but not sure about DirecTV.
