I've heard that one can loose up to 20 pounds on it. I have also heard that it could be dangerous. Is this true?
I don't do cleanses, but I was just wondering if it lived up to all the hype.
I took a look at the "lemonade" that one is supposed to drink while on the fast. It's made with maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and lemons. It doesn't sound very tasty.
I was just curious as to whether anyone has tried it and what their results were.
I can only guess that once off it, the weight comes back.
I think I'll stick with my eating my fruits & veggies, and exercising.
