First thought is why should the church be involved in a campus event anyhow.

This ""mass"" is a parody of the Catholic Mass. No amount of justification as to why those members want to do this can overshadow that fact.

Now that the Supreme Court has ruled that prayers are allowed at public meetings by any religion then the Satinists should be allowed to have their prayers.

And it's going to be done in a campus bar! I can understand why the Archdiocese is upset about this!
