After watching this show a lot, i've concluded that Les should pick Rich (the good-looking guy with the goatee) to run the place instead of his own immature children. Rich seems to have his head on his shoulders and seems to be right most of the time, when he chimes in. If Les isn't careful, he'll lose Rich. How would it be to report to either of those immature kids?!!!
