I feel young again and I am happy as a clam and getting straight A's. Looking to start nursing school next winter.

I did this at age 57. I, too, got "a's" and graduated from college at age 61. Absolutely one of the best things I've done. Now, I go to grade schools to give a 6 week (one hour per week) program. Congratulations to you Smile

I think of myself as pretty well blessed and always moving forward. Late in life a spiritual life helps.

No, I never say "I wish I had done this or that." When I reflect back honestly, I see that every decision I made was made with the best info and consideration I had at the time. Would I do differently now? In some cases, yes. But that's me talking NOW, after the benefit of knowledge and life experience that I've gained since, which I didn't have THEN. So, no, I'm very happy with where I am. Do I have goals? Yes. I don't want to be stagnant.

I am not a person that looks back and says if only I would have? For me it is living for the day, and there are very few days when I am not happy!

No what ifs, if only, and regrets. Yeah I did some dumb things but that is what made me who I am today. If even one thing were different then the life I am so happy with today would probably be so much different.

Some days I am and some days I am not. I guess it would depend on how you describe happy. I would say I am more content the older I get.
