The 12 Days of Christmas.

 

My family always celebrated Christmas from the 25th on.  Christmas did not end on the 25th as it does today; however, as far as I have observed, most in my area keep their decorations up until January 6th.  

 

For us, Christmas started on the 25th.  Everything before that was preparation.

We had the Advent wreath and candles leading up to Christmas Day.

 

The tree and all decorations were not taken down until after the Epiphany.
