Oh my goodness. So I have been off of work since the Friday after Christmas. Nothing planned, just quiet time off. I go back to work tomorrow. Have the grocery shopping done, have done a couple loads of laundry, lunch foods bought so I can brown bag lunch. Then I think Dell, take a break and check out the Q board. And there is this thread started by foggy with replies by HisElk, Sunny, kdgn, NoelSeven, and colliemom3.

My first thought was how the heck did foggy know today was my birthday and then I remembered I posted that big of info on a thread about things I was looking forward to in this year. This thread means so much to me and for all who replied thank you so very much. I surely am not looking forward to going back to work but you do what you got to do.

Thanks again foggy. Please let me know how the fogettes are doing. I want an update. LOL

Yep, you guessed right, you mentioned it recently and my short term memory is still working most days

I've appreciated our friendship Dell....your support, encouragement, wisdom, and candor towards me and everyone else here has always been fun to respond to and read. I don't post much anymore but you'd be one that I miss. Good to hear your birthday was both peaceful and productive!

Knowing some things about our history, you may have guessed...we added another sibling to the family just before the holidays again! It's been nutsy with everyone adjusting. This little soul has so many mother hens now with a lot of playtime variety. Vocabulary and manners have taken leaps so we must be on the right track. Good news....One child has updated meds that are brilliant. One finally sees a neurologist for migraines that make her pass out. Several made Honor Roll this Fall. We're still talking to the 3 in middle school--albeit more loudly and with plenty of drama! Two DIL's have made me a gramma again! One DD is back in college for her Masters. Everyone continues to be interesting, compassionate, energetic, curious, creative, and funny, I can only imagine what their futures will bring!
