Happy early birthday. Mine is Feb. as well. Have you ever noticed over the years that many men are intimidated by independent women? I sure have. I can't help it, though.

ITA Twopeas. My husband is easy going and likes that I'm strong. I think it all comes down to how "secure" the guy is. My husband is not in the least bit jealous (he's an engineer), and he likes the fact I work, am independent and make decent money, LOL. He is a workaholic so he couldn't be with a woman who was weak or insecure or a bit needy. He's gone about 12 hours a day.

winamac, what sign in your dh? My now dh is an Aries and he sounds much like your hubby. We have been together for 21 years and he likes that I am independent as well.

Two peas--Good morning! My DH is an Aquarius--one day after me, LOL!!! But, I do get along really well with Aries and Libras too! It sounds like our DH's are very similar though of different signs! Have a great day!
