Halloween Candy What was your Favorite?

I'm a chocoholic I admit but after issues with Type 2 Diabetes I don't eat candy anymore but I was remembering Trick or treaing earlier and it got me thinking about all of the yummy candies we got. I loved anything chocolate including Hershey bars and Reese's peanut butter cups we got during Trick or Treating. I remember some of the other candies like Starburst, Sugar Daddy's and I loved Mary Janes !  Anyone remember what other candies you got and your favorites ?

Probably Reese's peanut butter cup. That was so long ago, it's hard to remember.

I liked Reese's peanut butter cups.  Now I like peanut butter snickers and the Almond Snickers.

I liked Dots and the wrapped popcorn balls. I hated the Mary Janes, the ones I got were always so stale.   The candy that went straight to the garbage were those peanut butter kisses wrapped in orange or black paper.

My favorite candy was, and is, 3 Musketeers and Good and Plenty. Remember 3 Musketeers had indentations so you could break the bar into 3 pieces and share. Good and Plenty - love licorice.

Back in the day, I liked the mini Hersey bars, malted balls, knickerbockers & green leaves

I probably ate most of the candy I received eventually except for anything with coconut and candy corn.  My favorites were peanut M&Ms along with any sugary sweet stuff like Smarties, Sweet Tarts, etc.
