Re: Hallmark Cards now in DollarTree!

Years ago, I used to make my own cards by printing the outside of very nice/beautiful cards that I received.  Unfortunately, the price of printer ink cartridges was and is so high that I figured out it wasn't worth my time and trouble.

$70 per cartridge, unless on sale, etc.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

Rats, I wish I'd known that on Monday.  I spent $18.00 for 3 cards at my local Hallmark store.  I usually won't do that but I wanted really nice and special cards for two friends so opened my wallet for them.   Next time I'll look at the Dollar Tree first.

Re: Hallmark Cards now in DollarTree!

My local Hallmark closed last week. There's a Dollar Tree next door and they were not allowed to sell cards (except Christmas) while Hallmark was there. Maybe now they will. There is a Dollar Tree in town where I live and they sell greeting cards.
