Just caught a few min of Jennifer & Randy the HairMax rep. I guess he doesn't use it. His hairline is a little far back and quite thin.

He says often that once you are bald in areas, it's too late for the device to work.  He waited too long.  He uses that to tell people to seek help (the device) before your hair loss gets too severe because if you wait too long, there is nothing that can be done.

Yes, I don't think he uses it either. I've noticed how far back his hair line is, much further than when he first came on QVC, many years ago. Why do they use him? He's not a very good example.
