As an aside, I’m watching the weather channel and YES it's Jim Cantore!

He looks so different now compared to how he looked when he first began forecasting the weather!

What do you all think about this?

He has managed to stay fairly young!

I have tons of battery packs.  I have lived here since 2003 and I never had issues with losing power.  I never thought about getting a generator.

it is SO LOUD with the howling winds and hard torrential rain pounding sideways and every which way. Once in a while I hear a bang or some unidentifiable sound. Still have power. Getting worse by the minute, winds getting higher and higher
