I was ordering two items and both stated S&H was free; however, when I added it to my cart for checkout, it was adding $11.75 for a bottle of facial cleanser.  That was pretty hight for a small bottle of cleanser but also the product said free S&H.  So I called CS and she fixed the order and just for my simple inconvenience, she gave me $15 discount on the order!!!  Yay.

I agree.  I ordered a Marla Wynne shirt and when it arrived I found that I ordered a size too small.  I called CS to let them know I want to exchange it and she ordered a new one and they shipped it as soon as they received notice that I sent the wrong one back.  That took place within 5 days.  It takes QVC weeks to exchange anything.  But the CS at HSN is outstanding by helping in that way.

I have been with HSN for 27 years and have had no issues with their CS!!

I ordered a Marla Wynne shirt the other day, and the next day, it went on sale. CS refunded the difference with no issues. When the same thing happened to me with an item on QVC, they told me until it shipped, there was nothing they could do.

I've had the same experience with HSN too.  There was a problem with one of my orders and after talking to a CS rep, I didn't have to pay for the return to them and he gave me a $10 credit to use on another purchase.

 

Same with returns.  Once they see it was returned, the other is shipped out right away.

 

This is why I will continue ordering things from them because their CS is easier to talk to and helps to solve the problem.

For a very LONG time now, QVC has an EZ return system in place.

 

Refunds within days, exchanges sent out in days...

I will respectfully disagree.

 

I am back to NEVER ordering from HSN again.

 

Wouldn't do a FREE size exchange...made me pay for my own return shipping.

 

Yes, I called CS...3 times!  I just couldn't believe they were not doing free size exchanges.

 

 

Wrong credit on return of a defect..had to go thru an inquisition w/ the CS rep.  The reviews ALLcompained of the same issue.

 

Received curdled makeup remover....I'm out.

Received THIS apology letter from QVC for an item that was backordered for over a month.  The letter states "we owe you an apology.  We are unable to fill your order despite our best efforts therefore are canceling your order.  We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.  Of course we have not billed your credit card." 

 

Of course????  This was a HUGE disappointment as it was exactly what I was looking for.  Boo Hoo for me.
