HSN continuing Kash credit

WHen my bill came in yesterday, the notice that any returns on HSN CARD returned, would turn into KASH CREDIT on your card. They would still charge you for shipping, but will turn around and give you KASH CREDIT for the same amount. Why doesn,t the Q do anything for their customers? HSN gives flex pay with everything you purchase, and if you have HSN CARD EXTRA FLEX.
