HSN Shipping

HSN exceeded my expectations again! I ordered 4 items May 15th with an expected delivery of 5/25. They were in processing (packing) 3 days and I received an email that items were shipped 5/18, still delivery date of 5/25. All items were delivered today, 5/20!!! 6 days from order to my door. The three small items were in one box. I have always been pleased with shipping from HSN, maybe whoever is in charge of their shipping should move over to the Q and straighten them out.

@mspatmacCompletely agree!! Ordered an Aria bathrobe on the 16th, delivered today. Have never had a problem with HSN shipping. Guess that's one of the reasons I buy more from them than I do from QVC--LOL!!!!

I cannot complain about QVC either. I ordered 2 items on May 16th and they were delivered today. Only 4 days.

@mspatmac I agree; HSN is almost always great with shipping things.

QVC items reach me quickly once they are on their way. It depends which warehouse they are shipping from these days. I have one item that has been “processing” since May 1st. The expected ship/delivery date keeps changing and I am supposed to call CS again today because today was one. I’ve ordered and received one other item from QVC since then and have another that will be delivered tomorrow or the next day.
