I got a $10 coupon in the mail the other day, good for the month of October, only the Today's Special is excluded. I found a nice sweater, but when I tried to use the coupon, it came up as invalid. After trying a few times, I called Customer Service, who told me that the coupon expired in June! I read the coupon to her, that it was for the month of October and includes Holiday Host Picks, but she said she couldn't do anything about it. I can't believe they sent me an expired code! Really, really bad customer service....
