Posting this here: Very odd issue yesterday with the HSN TS.

i purchased it in the morning and they charged shipping fee, which I paid.

Then, around noon, I noticed it was Free Shipping ( I did call, and CS was unable to credit me, but did give me "HSNspendable cash" ( store credit). Be aware...

Then, later in the day, the Shipping charge returned on the TS-

WHAT A MESS OVER THERE,  Either there's a charge or not, don't keep changing it!  

I tried to email them, but there no way to do it-

QVC plays the free shipping game also.  Many times they offer it only during ITKWD's show or SMQ.

I ordered 2 items two days ago on HSN that are still in process, so I called about the free shipping.  CS was very nice and said it applies to anything ordered today, but she would credit me with the free shipping.  That amounts to 7.00.  

I wasn't going to call, but thought, if you don't try, you don't get.

Mr. Rebates is 10% back today for HSN.
