@rms1954 - They have my email and I've contacted them several times over this issue. CS just says they have no idea why I never get any coupons. I've tried changing my email address to "trigger" them, but without success and I've given up.

I buy very little from HSN now because I got tired of constantly hearing about coupons or Spendable Kash that others were always getting.

And with their new shipping policy, I doubt I'll be buying much in the future.

For some reason, some of us just never get these coupons and HSN doesn't seem to be able (or want) to do anything about it.

@Venezia, my only suggestion would be to recheck your settings under My Account. There is a Communication Preference option where you can check the box for emails of HSN Promotions then click save changes.

Maybe that will make a difference.

@Etoile308 - Did that, more than once. Made no difference at all. Even the CS reps couldn't explain it. (They each made the same suggestion.)

It doesn't matter now. The change in shipping policy did it for me. I just wanted to let other posters know they're not the only ones never getting any coupons from HSN.

I think it is going to hurt their sales. Anyone paying attention can see it is not good for the customers.

I'm buying less often. I'm not going to spend $5.50 shipping for a lipstick that used to have free shipping and I'm not going to order $75 worth of products every time I want one thing.

A coupon used on one item that is over $75 and has free shipping won't given me free shipping on another item purchased the same day.

I've got a $5 off coupon that can be used multiple times but that doesn't even cover the shipping and it can't be combined to get to free shipping over $75.

I used my 20% off coupon on a piece of Origami yesterday. I didn't get 20% off but I did get the max amount of $25 off. I did the same thing with my last coupon. I'd love to wait and order when these items are on sale but I probably would not have a coupon then.

Wildbob, well stated, I am like you and gone over in my mind all the pros and cons and for me it is only cons I can come up with. When I would get a coupon I would use it on a well priced item that came with free shipping, and it certainly was nowhere even close to 75. And never will i pay 5.95 plus tax to ship a low costing beauty item. I cant imagine the vendors that had free shipping are very happy right now.
