HSN Code

I got an email this AM. for 20% off a purchase. I always make sure that my purchase qualifies. For the second time I got the message that my code was invalid. About a year ago, the same thing happened, and I called customer service who, finally put the order through. This time a got a nice young man who could offer no explanation, but put my order through. Why send these codes out, if they don't work ? Rant over.

FYI: 20% code info is on homepage of HSN (top left) maximum amount $25 (therefore not really a full 20% off on most items).

cant be used on TS & certain items if I remember correctly.

@homedecor1 The code isn't showing up on my screen, but I'm guessing that the maximum amount off is $25. Not the price of the item. If I'm correct, you can get the discount on amounts up to $125. I would think that would include most items.

i did post the code (which i found on an hsn facebook site), but thanks for posting the details.

as per mods, codes for hsn are now allowed to be posted. so are links directly to hsn.
