Sounds like some CS rep made an error and failed to see your new CC info, and tried to process an order under your old CC, which (of course) didn't go through......and it sounds like the employee blocked you from further orders since they thought your CC was no longer good. Human error. It also sounds like HSN has since acknowledged their mistake and "unblocked you" to use your new CC.
Personally, I wouldn't swear off ordering from a company because of an employee error that they've since corrected. Mistakes can happen.

Mistakes happen. Sounds like a rather drastic reaction to an innocent error, especially if you have been happy with your past purchases. I wouldn't take it personally.

One thing I do like about HSN is that if they make mistakes, calling seems to rectify it quickly and every single time I had an issue that was their fault, I've been given spendable Kash for the inconvenience. Once the CS person even issued a check to me for my S&H. I'd give them another chance. EVERYONE makes errors at one time or another.
