I don't think it's horrid CS at all - she didn't get what she wanted and probably kept ranting on just the way she wrote her OP. And she ranted and she ranted when CS is already on overwhelm.
Hope she feels better not that she's stomped her feet and shouted.
All this for something that wasn't promised for delivery in the first place!

I don't necessarily believe the story is made up. The OP is just unrealistic and lacking some reasoning skills.
The OP, keep's writing over and over that the label was generated on the 22nd. This seems to be her go down on the sword point. The problem is that all retailers send the shipping information to the shipping company, and it's read as shipped.
This is not QVC or the shippers fault, but a lack of proper planning.
I find it hard to believe that the OP spoke with three different representatives and they all hung up on her. Unless, said customer was yelling, using obscene language and such then perhaps this took place.
Easy solution, inform the hubby that his gift will be a few days late. I am sure that he will be fine.

So maybe I can put a different perspective on this complaint. Tomorrow will be the first Christmas in 44 years I have not spent the day with my husband. He is at UVA Medical in Charlottesville being treated for brain cancer and I drove home to,spend time with my daughter, SIL and grand child. I could barely manage to walk out of his room this morning after he told me he loved me and I should enjoy my Christmas with our grandson. Makes a missing package appear rather insignificant IMHO.

I know what you mean about getting hung up on. They have also hung up on me so I'm sure we are not the only ones. Q is not the only place that does this. I find it happens anytime I'm on the phone with someone that cannot answer my questions. Geez have they ever thought if they cannot help to pass the call onto someone else instead of hanging up?
I think when it shows on the way to UPS facility or what ever it says is just something that's entered into their system. It makes no sense. When it does show the real tracking it has nothing to do with that beginning tracking that states it's on it's way??? All the sudden the tracking is there & I receive the item in a day or 2. Being it's a Traeger Smoker it's probably being shipped by Traeger & not Q so they don't have tracking info to enter. If you set up an account with My UPS they will send you emails when a package is going to be delivered. So it could already be on it's way. Print out a pic of it & give it to your DH & tell him it's on the way. Hope you get it soon. Enjoy it!!! Merry Christmas.

Thank you. I'm so glad you said this. Sometimes we get so caught up we forget what really is important. Best wishes to you and your husband. Try to enjoy your day, I imagine this isn't easy for you.

I think you're being unfair, not to mention childish. Just because you can't have what you want at the moment you want it you call names and throw a tantrum. Try being more understanding of the CS workers. Lots of things are beyond their control. You might have planned better also.

I am sorry to hear about your husband. I hope he recovers. It is not easy to see someone you love having to go through health issues. I had a brain tumor the end of August and it was removed on September. Luckily, it was benign. It was as big as your fist. I am still recovering. So I understand your emotions. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas. Take care of yourself.

I hope people wanting to sell their items on QVC will really look into their customer service, I have always had good luck but this really is horrible. I got my hopes up and didn't purchase other gifts because I had hope it would be here shortly since the label was printed on the 22nd, even more frustrating to be lied to and hung up on!!
I bet it was a guaranteed delivery item for NEXT Christmas!!!
