I can't believe some of you are getting such a kick out of ridiculing a person for a misspelled word.

This was not the issue in this case since the OP clearly stated that the item "she" ordered was NOT one that was part of the guarantee by Christmas pledge!
I know that, I read the thread. My response was to someone who posted before I did.
I still believe they need to quit telling people they will get their purchase, when they have no control over the delivery. Just say it upfront.

@VanSleepy, I don't think anyone wants to ridicule anyone over the horrible "costumer" service; I think they're just trying to lighten the mood. It's kinda like when you are furiously fighting w/ someone - then try to storm out of the room - and trip.

LOL at the visual, sally. You have a more generous interpretation than I ![]()

Sorry, OP, but you are making WAY too much of this ..... it's hardly the end of the world!
I didn't know what a Traeger was, either, and when I googled it and saw it was a GRILL ..... my goodness, woman, why did you wait so long to order such a big item? You couldn't make a decision until the 18th?
We ALL know there's a huge rush this time of year, and UPS, FEDEX AND other shippers are pushed to their limits, and beyond. I saw on the news that many FEDEX employees volunteered to work on Christmas day to help get packages delivered!
Next year, make your online purchases in a more timely manner, so you receive any gifts with time to spare.

I ordered an item very recently from another company (not qvc) and after about 10 days I realized I hadn't gotten it so I checked with the company. It hadn't been shipped. They gave me no real answer as to why it was still unshipped but they did send it out after my phone call. It's sloppy business practices. I'm betting I would still be waiting for my item if I hadn't called.
