Sorry about your experience with customer service.  I understand that can be frustrating. Some years even the long time customers who ordered items with guaranteed deliveries haven't gotten the presents on time for their children - due to problems with the shippers.   Luckily, you are dealing with an adult.

Print out a copy of the gift order, cross-out the price if you want, and give it to hubby in a card.

Concentrate on something you enjoy:  cook, spend time with the family, tell hubby you love him, go to church - don't let this effect your Christmas.

OMG my post CLEARLY says I wasn't expecting it before Christmas!!!!  I said I got my hopes up, but to be lied to is unbelievable, YES this is my first post because I DO HAVE A LIFE and don't sit here monitoring QVC Blogs and forums.....I'm the one with the bad experience and if they would of BEEN nice on the phone it could of changed things!!

While I understand your frustration, I also can understand what the QVC service representatives are going through at this time of year. I learned many years ago to do my shopping early (as in the Fall) and eliminate the stress that the holidays tend to bring. It's just not worth high blood pressure.

@SUPERMADMOM, one year, I was unable to get my daughter the present she wanted on Christmas Day.  So I cut out a picture from a magazine, put it in an envelope and gave her that.  I think it was an Apple device.  Anyway, my daughter was fine with that because she knew she would be getting it eventually.  

In case you don't get your order in time, maybe you could try this.  At least you would have something to give your husband. 

I have also drawn gift pictures freehand on occasion. The intent was always appreciated.

i'm not sure why you came here to vent your frustration when you say you don't monitor the blogs and forums and that you do have a life.

are you expecting us to do something for you?  is there something we can do?

SOLUTION: Either shop really early, or find a place that dosn't make you go 2 second ballistic. Easy peasy!
