I don't know if this has been discussed here. I have been reading so much an HIV/AIDS lately and it has clarified so many misconceptions. Most people think it only takes one single encounter to become infected but the reality is that this isn't the case most of the time. It is incredibly scary to find out after the fact that someone you have been with is indeed positive.

In NJ if a HIV positive person knowingly has unprotected sex w/some one who does not know their partner's true status, they can be charged w/attempted murder. I believe the same law applies in NY too. Unknown about the rest of the states.

If the story is true, why hasn't he been arrested? Has any of his alleged victims come forward to the police? Or at least charges filed.

I kept thinking of Charlie Sheen (with the hired women comment especially) until the end of the article where it talked about him being a great actor and acting genius. Uh, not Charlie although I loved him in Major League!.

Don't forget Charlie was bringing in MAJOR bucks for Two and a Half Men. He was quite good in it too but I don't think he had to do that much 'acting'.

I didn't forget! But as you point out, he's not considered a great actor I don't think.

He is very well known and seems to be quite a playboy. I really haven't heard much about him lately....
