HELP PLEASE !!!! Does anyone know how to change your nickname

Can anyone teach me how change my "nicname"on this forum account?

 

QVC has had a major screw up and they have messed up several "nicnames" of people, like me! I have no idea of how or where to do this.

 

Anything you could tell me will be greatly appreciated.

 

 

I've called Customer Service 6 times and no one can help me.

Glad they offered to help.

 

1. Go to My Account on the Forum page --- top right

2.  Select it

3.  Left hand side.... Personal Information

4.  Then nickname

 

You will have the option to go from current to new

 

That is what I would do, but I don't know if your screen is like mine.
