HCG Diet?

Has anyone been on the HCG Diet that Dr. Oz talked about. If so, did you use the injectable form or the drops? I went to a clinic today but thought they were scammers as they didn't know the difference between a mg. and a milliliter or a cc for that matter. At any rate I was just wondering what your thoughts were.
