Gulf Coast - Study

Interesting study. And not good news either. Thought others here might find it informative too. Especially in light of rising gas prices. I don't ride on the oil companies bashing train but don't close my eyes to their mistakes & errors either. We are lucky we don't have more spills and accidents but when they do happen . . . they sure are a doozy.
