Guest Experience Surveys

Has anyone ever won anything from going online to complete a "Guest Experience Survey?" ... or by making a phone call to an 800 number for automated entry ...

These are usually offered with your receipt at a restaurant or retail store ... my most recent one offers "ten chanes to win $1,000 daily, plus you can instantly win other great prizes valued at $1500 weekly!"

These usually get tossed in the trash ... but occasionally, if I have nothing better to do, I make the call or go online ... but have yet to be a winner ... of anything ...

Just wondering if I am wasting my time or if they really are legitimate ...
