Grrrr I hit submit and poof! Nutin' honey!

I am really tired of every so often when I hit submit, my post is just gone. Doesn't show up. Like I just started the Steel Magnolias thread. After I hit submit, it just plain wasn't there! GRRRRR! This is especially annoying when I have a response post and this happens!
