I have to gripe about this somewhere, even though it has nothing to do with QVC. Just wondering how many others have had this type of experience with package delivery through Fed-Ex.
I placed an on-line order with Kohls for some dishes and dishtowels. A week goes by and I'm walking past my front door to another room, and notice that a Fed-Ex truck is sitting in front of my house. I thought to myself, yippee, my Kohls order is here! After a few minutes I go to the front door to get the package, noticing that the Fed-Ex truck is no longer there. I look around and there's no package. I continue off the porch and look up and down the street but don't see the truck. I check with both neighbors on either side of me and no package was left with them. There was also no note left on my front door. I'm thinking to myself, what the ....?? That night I told my husband, what do you wanna bet that when I check the status of my order, it will show that it was delivered. Sure enough, that's what it showed. So, I just spent the last week working with Fed-Ex to locate my package, only to find out that it's lost - no ____!! They put a tracer out to the driver and he failed to respond at all. Now I have to deal with Kohls - called them this morning only to be told that they'll put a tracer on the package and it will take THREE WEEKS before they can get back with me about it. Really??? It takes THREE WEEKS to figure out what happened? I'm wondering now how I'm going to prove that I didn't get the package.... Talk about frustrating!!!
