Snuggle-Bunny, I'm going to sign off soon but hope you can take an Ativan before you go to bed and can sleep well and awaken relaxed and rejuvenated. I've read some of the posts on your recent thread (which appears to have been removed) and I'm so sorry for those which were so negative and nasty and/or lacked compassion for what you are going through.

Hopefully, the Ativan will work well for you and I trust you will take the medication as prescribed. I hope you do as you said and seek professional help when you return from vacation. I want you to feel well, both physically and mentally. Don't forget to rely on your husband and share with him the things you shared on that thread. Take care, and feel better soon. Joy comes in the morning.
