On the 22nd of jan I mailed a return item using the QVC label via the post office. Nothing was showing up on the order status so I tried to track the return using the USPS tracking # but all that was showing up was one scan of the item on the 31st of jan in Orlando. I called customer service and the nice lady I spoke to said that it was clearly lost in transit but that one scanning shows that the USPS has it somewhere in it's system. Since it was 14 days since I mailed it she went ahead and credited my credit card for the first easy pay and then stopped future easy pays. You really can't ask for any better customer service than that.

That's terrific. I've also gotten very good customer service from QVC every time I've had the occasion to call. That's what keeps me coming back.
