Gov. Riley of Alabama declares a State of Emergency....

for the entire state. Latest predictions include snow...several inches in the northern and central parts of the state followed by a crippling ice storm after midnight tonight. The southern areas of the state will have 1/4 to 1/2" of ice. All of the ice will cause power outages and dangerous travel situations. This will all move over to Georgia tomorrow and then up the East Coast as a major storm. Everyone stay safe and continue to monitor local weather situations. Good luck, K
