Crazy, isn't it!!! Sometime back in Sept., I ordered the Isaac Mizrahi barn jacket TSV. Tracking shows it has been sitting in Commerce City, CO. since 9/27. I called CS and they agreed that I may never see that package , so they went ahead and gave me credit back.
