When you mess up you do it BIG time. What were you thinking by eliminating sub-forums, not porting over current threads and putting the general reply button at the top of the page for those that want to reply to the OP/topic and not a specific poster?
While some of the changes are appreciated the layout and functioning is atrocious.

Could not agree with you more, Marp! This whole setup reminds me of *old,old* forums & some of the options are ridiculously juvenile. 'Hearting' & tagging & popularity contests? REALLY, Q?

I'll just post what I wrote on another thread.
I agree, the way they attempted to transfer existing threads didn't work. It's extremely hard to find the threads we want. I'm guessing the lack of sub-forums is a result of that transfer -- if they had set up a brand new "clean forum" without any of the old threads, we might be seeing sub-forums.
But that's just a guess. I've only been looking and trying to "tour" the site for a few minutes and so far I've seen an ancient thread from years ago mixed in with the new ones... they did a very, very bad job of porting the old forum over to this one.
In addition, while they offer a myriad of settings they're going to take a bit of trial and error, without good, detailed help text to accompany the settings.
I'll add that I also miss the "My Activity" feature. I used that frequently, to catch up on threads I'd been interested in.
What a fine mess we have here...

Why do they want our email addresses anyway? To sell the list to other vendors? This is a new low for them and pretty sure its going to be used for some kind of profit center. Why not spend the money sorting out the atrocious order tracking, shipping, and quality control? How about changing Customer Service back like the old days when you actually got SERVICE? Proof Positive that they still are clueless.

One thing is for sure ... we won't be bouncing around the threads to put in our two cents worth on different topics because this set up is not worth the two cents. ![]()
