Good Brooklyn Flood Remediation Companies?

This business has so many shady companies. I've been checking them out with the BBB. Servpro has numerous complaints and aren't even rated there. Has anyone had a good experience with one of these flood remediation companies that aren't your friends or relatives? We have a flooded basement. Thanks much!
