It's bad form to discuss anyone's personal smell on TV. That is different than discussing a fashion choice.

If Zanida (SP? as I have NO clue who she is) is going to be this upset she better be watch her own comments as now she has set herself up on a moral highground.
I don't know who this Zenida person is either ... who is she?
The comment was made that if Joan Rivers made that comment, no one would even blink!
That was my thinking with G trying to be 'Joan like' - when she's an E! Channel host ! This style humor was Joan's schtick --

It'll probably impact her ts sales on hsn today--

Zendaya had an adorable pixie haircut at the previous awards show- having a full heads of dreads a week or two later was so extreme in comparison!

LOL... All this talk about patchouli makes me want to use one of my patchouli wax melts today.
I love the scent in cold winter weather.

When I heard the comment, I immediately thought of hippies, though I do understand the racial connotation (although that never even occurred to me when I first saw the picture). It was a very unfortunate comment for Guliana to have made.
I think Zendaya is just too darn cute and I liked her on DWTS. Her Oscar dress was really pretty, just gorgeous. I thought the hair was a bit overwhelming for her petite frame but still very cute. Zendaya couldn't look bad if she tried. I thought she looked beautiful.
As others pointed out, Joan said much worse every week. In the end, neither FP nor Zendaya could buy this kind of publicity. ![]()

Good point, I thought the same thing.

Well, it doesn't look like GR's TS is selling very well.
But who knows if "the comment" is the reason why or if people are just tired of seeing her moto jackets.
Some women on the fashion board are saying that this TS is the same old thing she's shown many times before (just a different version).

Other things didn't seem off limits on Fashion Police, things which went FAR beyond a simple fashion choice critique.
I wonder why "personal smell" would be verboten when so many other really mean and nasty things have been said on that show?
