Only todays society views Giulianna's comments as racist! Its the thing to do nowadays! Todays society doesn't know or remember the hippie days of the 60's and the terms that were used.

I think too much is being made of it. Their jobs are too critique the fashions and everyone's outfits, accessories, makeup, etc. So, that is what they do. They are not there to love everything everyone wears. It would be pretty boring if they did. I really do not think Guiliana meant anything racist by her remark at all. I do not believe she seems to be that type of person. I think that they should all just drop it. A pot has to be continually stirred and someone has to be continually in the soup!!!

I did see the photo of the young woman she insulted. Very pretty. This is bullying show meant to tear down not build up is not something I would watch. If you do enjoy.

I think the one blowing this out of proportion is Kelly. Giuliana has apologized sincerely and Zandaya has accepted her apology. Kelly has said a lot of uncalled for things about other celebrities on that show. Joan said some unbelievably cruel things and Kelly laughed and never threatened to leave.

I just wonder if this show will make it. I only watched it a few times & in my opinion, without Joan Rivers it sure wouldn't or isn't the same.

Glad I'm not in the public eye. It never ever would have occurred to me to associate that remark as racist. I used to hang with a lot of band guys. They had dreads from time to time. I associate weed and especially patchouli with hippies. As a matter of fact, there is a discontinued vanilla patchouli body scrub that I used to love. I used to say it made me smell like a fresh hippy. ?
