Gifts for sons girlfriends?

Confused what to do. Oldest son (will be thirty in Dec) has been with his GF for 2 years and we have gotten to know quite well. This couple is getting along great too and we're happy about that. Middle son (26 this month too) is into months of dating his current GF. They seem to be doing well also. What should I (we) do in regards to gift giving, if even at all. I have not done gifts for past "loves". Plus, I would like gift suggestions of what others have done. Happy Holidays!
