Gift for mom

I need some ideas for something to send my 74 year old mom for her birthday i have sennt her flowers recently and also sherries berries. She lives in another state, that is why im sending something. She is currently fighting breast cancer and has undergone chemo treatment and is currently having radiation treatment 5 days a week. Any ideas?
