Getting all prettied up!

Next week DH and I are having dinner at a NICE restaurant to celebrate our (30th) anniversary. In honor of the occasion -- and because a friend gave us a gift card for dinner -- and to give my dear husband a prettified wife to look at, I'm getting my hair done the day of, and I just decided to splurge and get my makeup done too. It'll be so much fun to pamper myself a bit and also to show him how much I appreciate what a great guy I married.

And he really is the best husband a woman could ask for. I don't know how I got so lucky and how I had so much good sense in selecting a mate.
