Just wait until you're older and can't bend to do your own pedi....that will quickly justify the expense.

@jlkz @ID2

I've never paid for a pedi, either. I'm 72 and still polishing my own toenails - great incentive to stay flexible lol.

@ID2    It's not a matter of slapping on some paint; it's all about the pampering.  Try it sometime, you'll like it too.

Yes, we do. I never "heart" those who correct others on a public message board. While I cringe when I see my own errors, I overlook what others put as long as I understand the meaning. @Luvsmyfam

@AuntG   Agree.  I find that the post was given hearts even worse.

Didn't surprise me, though.

Getting my monthly pedicure is necessary for my well being.  It's one of the few things that I do just for me.

Enjoy every minute of it. Just ignore the grammar police, we all know they're perfect, NOT!!!

I've always done my own pedi/mani, too.

I am thinking of having a pedi, though, for the first time.  DDIL recommended a nice place,

Thinking of going the whole way with all the extras.

As far as those who cannot do their own pedis anymore, I hear you.  It is getting harder and it isn't about being flexible, either.

I am also getting a pedicure this week! I am fully vaccinated. YAY!

Congrats on getting fully vaccinated! Heart I agree the stuff about the spelling is unnecessary. But enjoy your freedom! I can't wait either!

Wish I were flexible enough to do my own pedi!

I'm with you. I have had manicures and pedicures, but, I think they are a waste of money. I realize that for some people, it is a pleasure worth paying someone to do. I can totally afford it, but, would rather spend my money on other things. Also, I just don't like the look of nail polish or fake nails.

@jlkz - that's exactly why I get a pedi. And, also, I can't really see that well anymore!🤣💗
