Every Monday I like to go on line for the Program Guide. I like to set my reminders for shows so I get notified in case I forget. I have tried doing it for 3 weeks in a row and keep getting a message that an error occurred and to contact customer service. Has anyone else had a problem?

I just tried it, @Jordan2.

I chose the weekly view of the Program Guide, clicked the box for "Add Reminder" and then at the bottom of the page clicked "Save Reminders."

That took me to the page which allows me to decide if I want reminders just for this show or for all future shows.  I clicked "Save Reminder" on that page, and it worked.  (message on screen:  "Thank  you! Your reminders have been created.")

Are you signed in when you do this?  If so, what browser are you using?

(I'm using the newest versions of Firefox and Chrome.)

I did all that and it doesn't work for me. I also tried it on my iPad and Kindle. I'll try again. Thanks for your help.

You're welcome.  Be sure you have the most recent version of iPad, Kindle, and browser (on your computer) software.  Also, you might need to delete cookies and website data if you haven't done that in a while.  Best of luck to you!

Re: Getting Reminders For Shows

It's just easier to get a DVR and set a season pass for your favorite shows and have them set to auto record.
